Modern and Spacious

Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

Large hotel by the convention center, not a good location, dirty area and kind of sketchy. About 20 minutes from old town walking, parking is paid. Saw people having drugs by the entrance of the lobby. Vigo's old town is in bad shape, many buildings are deteriorated.

Nice hotel, not much around but it is convienient because it is next to the conference center. The old part of town is only a 5-10 minute leasurely walk from the hotel. Decent breakfast.

Never ever book it guys!

Worst ever stay I have had while using hotel.com The hotel is not even a 2 star; no room service, no kitchen, unfriendly staff. Room not as shown in pictures and hotel in the middle of nowhere. More of a university hostel.

Ótimo atendimento

Hotel localizado em frente ao porto. Fomos atendidos na recepção por uma atendente peruana ela foi incrível, excelente. Um bom quarto, cama confortável. Café da manha muito bom, o restaurante tinha poucas opções. Estacionamento disponível mediante o pagamento de 15.00 euros por noite.

Nunca vayas con niños

Horrible, no tenían gel de baño en agosto, no funcionaba el extractor del baño, el aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba, la recepción era como entrar a una nave abandonada con una recepción al fondo, mando fotos de las vistas y el edificio abandonado de enfrente con todo lo que ello conlleva (prostitucion …..), en el desayuno buffet me extrañó ver a todo el mundo muy abrigado y era porque tienen el aire acondicionado tan fuerte y hacen que el desayuno sea un momento desagradable y no un placer como en otros hoteles. Lejos del centro. No hay aparcamientos en la zona. En un lateral de la nave de recepción te ofrecían tomar café pero estaba tan oscuro que veías a los clientes intentando hacerse un café con las luces de los móviles. Y tienen un precio desorbitado.
