The property is brand new and looks very nice. Big room(we got the classic room, the simplest one ). Had a problem with the lighting that didn't work and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered .
So the room is nice and spacing, in a great location in old town, 2 minute walk to the old town square, however, the service and communication is not great.
