Great experience.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Amazing view of the city from the rooftop balcony. Kitchen was decent and had what we needed. Only with it had some sort of space for a couch or chairs aside from dining table in the kitchen. There is a table outside on patio but not usable during cold rainy days. Parking was the only real downside as it was a couple blocks away. Not convenient with multiple pieces of luggage for an extended stay.

Everything you need, even for a longer stay
Excellent apartments. Daily cleaning (which is not so common). Beds comfy, shower very good, big fridge freezer and kitchen is generally well equipped. No sofa in the standard double, but, as mentioned, the beds are comfy, so can be used as a sofa. Large wardrobe and a safe. Very central, a key tram stop is just outside and the main shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Entire old city within 15 minutes walk.

Amazing stay at these apartments, lovely rooms with everything you could ever need for a few days away. Very peaceful, reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Location was in perfect walking distance for seeing the city. Would definitely go back.

When we checked in we went to a location about 2 blocks away. I understood we had a 2 bedroom apartment in 1 area. I gave them my friends name, but they didn’t understand that we both had rooms... we got to the apartment, we were trying to unload the car in the rain on a busy street when my phone kept ringing.. it was the front desk to come back for an additional key—we had 2 separate apartments in 2 different floors... that wasn’t convenient. Later we decided to enjoy the rooftop that we saw in many of the pictures. I called the desk for 40 minutes before the phone was answered & I was told I didn’t have access since I wasn’t in the 3 bedroom suite. I felt the advertisement was misleading & we were very disappointed. It was clean, they had parking available about 1km away. The breakfast buffet was good. There was no air conditioning but we did have 2 fans, which helped. The price was good and the location was also good.

Convenient city location for sightseeing. 15 mins walk approx from train station along cobbled streets! Very quiet apartment although overlooking street, comfortable bed, full kitchen! Friendly staff on reception.

A great hotel if you want self catering. Good location, within walking difference of all attractions. We booked Bed & Breakfast but has to walk to another hotel for that. Although only a few mins away, didn’t feel right. Would definitely cone back but not bother with the breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Great place , they provided a kitchenette so you can cook if you want, pots, pans, cutlery/crockery are provided! There's security too, so it's quite safe even at night. Wouldn't recommend here if you're driving as there's no parking at the property!

Didn’t live up to its billing. Not even close
We booked this room because it was noted it could accommodate up to three people. Luckily, only two of us made the trip because this was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. So small, that the two twin beds had to be pushed together as there was almost no other room. The beds themselves I believe were for children. I simply couldn’t fit in the bed - my feet hung off several inches. Parking was noted as available but we were told the day before arrival we’d have to find an option so we ended up a few blocks up the way at underground parking for a mall. The cost was 30 euro per night. The bathroom was tiny - like on an airplane. Almost couldn’t turn around. The only redeeming qualities were it was clean and the staff (available only 8-8 each day) were friendly by big city standards.

Fabulous
Very clean and spacious property located centrally, really good value for money paid. One downside that maybe only a very few people would experience was the lift maintenance at an unexpected, odd hour. Despite this we would definitely come back next time when visiting Prague again.

Good Place, but there is "BUT"
We stay at this place for 5 nights. The location is very good, The room was comfortable & clean, and the service was good. There ware two problems at our room: 1. the floor makes lot of noise when you step on. 2. the toilet seat is to high for ordinary people.

The Apartments are well located on a main road. Turn right leads straight down to the river. We walked along to the Charles Bridge which took a 20 minute stroll. Across the road from the Apartment takes you to the Old town square with the Astronomical clock plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Everywhere was in walking distance. The apartment was spacious with loads of storage. Well equipped with everything we needed. Someone on reception up till 8pm and they waited for us when we arrived late. Comfortable bed and good shower. The kitchen was a bit dark but that is the only negative. A brighter bulb would make all the difference. We enjoyed our stay and loved Prague

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in September 2019. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The layout of the apartment included a small foyer area with a shoe cabinet/shelf/coat hooks, bathroom with a stand up shower and washing machine (we didn't use the washer), kitchen area with a small couch and table with four chairs, and bedroom with a full bed, desk, TV, and closet. There was ample storage space for a week's worth of clothes. The doecor was simple but it was tidy and suited our needs. The apartment did not have AC, but that was not an issue the week we stayed (temperatures were about 70°F during the day and 55° at night). There were two fans available for use in the apartment. The apartment faced into the courtyard so the view was just of the apartments across the way, but it was quiet and sleeping with our windows open for ventilation was not a problem. The staff was very pleasant and helpful (though the hours of staffing at the property is limited, but 24 hour staffing is available at the sister hotel a few minutes walk away). The location is great - an easy walk to the Old Town and Charles Bridge area, tram stop pretty much in front of the building and metro line a couple blocks away. There are grocery and other shops in the vicinity for anything you may need. Overall, we had a good stay and recommend this property.

Great location centrally located to everything. Front desk representatives very attentive especially when Air France lost our luggage and my wife became ill. One bedroom apartment #401 was spacious. #402 had a two person couch. Luckily the temps were good enough that even though neither of these apts had A/C, we were comfortable with the fans provided. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Prague and we chose Salvator Superior Apartments as we liked the look of them and also liked the location. We were welcomed in and found the service provided to be excellent. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. It was also cleaned every day whilst we were there and you could choose to have your towels changed when ever you wanted. It was in walkable distance to all major attractions but just outside the bustling areas so as you could have a peaceful time there. We would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this to anyone who was looking for an apartment in Prague.

Poor experience from start to finish. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard. Apartment had an, external door that didn’t lock, smelly fridge, cramped bathroom, extremely hot with no aircon, very basic amenities, uncomfortable beds and cheap furniture. Concierge was unfriendly and uninterested. Overpriced considering the location is so far away from the town and tourist attractions

Location is excellent. Check in was a breeze. Lucas at reception is very nice and helpful. Everything is very good but needs air conditioning. It would sometimes be a bit uncomfortable without the cooling. They need to put more accurate pictures of one bedroom apartment. Penny store is just across the street which is a blessing. Loved Prague,it's nice people and great food.

I have had the pleasure to stay two times at Salvator apartments. Excellent customer service by front desk. Excellent rooms, very clean and I found all what I needed it. Location is very convenient, easy to get to the airport using public transportation. If I come back to Praha, for sure I will have Salvatore as mu first choice!!

Great apartment! The apartments are located in a very convinent place, close to food and the main sites. Our apartment was clean, AC was working well, and we had no problems. It was so nice having a kitchen and while we did not use the dishwasher or washing machine it was nice to know we had the option.

The place was spacious and in a good location. We enjoyed the room a lot and thought it was a good value. Check in was easy and the people working there were nice. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to have exact change for the city tax because they don't have any change at all. Luckily we tried to pay our bill the night before check out but it would have been stressful if we had tried to pay in the morning on our way to the airport.

Ordered the shuttle online and while the driver spoke almost no English he was friendly and courteous. Check in was smooth. Hotel staff was friendly. Keep in mind there is only someone at the front desk 8am-8pm. Since they give you front door keys and we didn’t have any issues this was not a problem for us. Furnishings are dated, but adequate and satisfactory for our needs. Nice full kitchen. Our fridge got a lot of use. Good storage. Room safe was not bolted into cabinet, but I’d didn’t need it anyway. Room has dishwasher and washing machine for clothes. Nice size living room where we hung out with friends whose room was smaller (different hotel). This place is conveniently located close to the river and historic areas. We walked to the train station with rolling luggage when we left. No problem. Liquor store 1/2 block away and a grocery store across the street. Car rental I booked through Expedia was a block away as well. Right on the street so no nice views. Double windows kept street noise out which was noticeable if open. Room had a functioning air conditioner which was GREAT since almost all other shops, stores, restaurants, etc.. we went to did not. We did not buy breakfast which you have to walk to their other hotel to get. My friend and I had a great time here and would highly recommend Prague and this hotel.

Very nice sized apartment with a comfortable bed. The weather was very hot but luckily the apartment had a fan and it really cooled down the apartment. It would have been a bit better if the apartment had coffee sachets available when checking in to save guests having to buy it from the shop but other than that, the stay was lovely.

Ignore the picture in advertisement. Our rented unit states view of the courtyard. There is no view of the courtyard anywhere in the building except top unit which has access to it. AC is a single unit and will cool the bedroom its located in. All other rooms and guests will be hot. Linens were soiled on arrival and never taken care of. We washed ourselves and the dryer doesn't function, use of drying rack only. Most the dishes were dirty in cupboard. Customer service is absent and pretty much none-existent. Beds are extremely hard and have cheap scratchy linens I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are to many other great places in better locations with better service. Go elsewhere.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 friends. Apartment was lovely and clean and very central. There was one big problem though we thought we were booking a 3 bedroom apartment as advertised on this website, however it is not 3 bed it is only 2 bed with a sofa bed in sitting room. This was a big disappointment as the 3rd person thought they were also getting their own room. If you do book the 3 bed also know that there are no blinds in the sitting room and its very very bright in the mornings and the mattress for the sofa bed is very very thin. Aside from that one down point the rest of the apartment was great. Terrace was fab. Everywhere was clean, staff were lovely and the location was great. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc and only 15 mins from main tourist attractions. Would definitely go back but would check the official apartments website for correct room descriptions.

I have years of experience in the hotel business. This apartment is in an excellent location, but if you have a rental car, it's a little inconvenient for parking. Our specific apartment (2 bedroom w/ rooftop terrace) was lovely, spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen where the doors go out to the terrace, which a few ant traps could easily fix. The apartment does not have washcloths or hand towels for the bathroom or face tissue for spring allergy season. These are simple fixes that can make the stay far more comfortable for guests. The recommend La Bocca
