I have now stayed at three different Mama Shelters and this one did not disappoint. The breakfast was spectacular. The room was extremely comfortable and the terrace and food was exceptional. Such a great hotel. We had to stay longer in the day and mostly hung out in the lobby due to the check in time of our apartment we were renting for my son. Plenty of things to keep us busy. We walked to the park nearby as well as went to the National museum within walking distance. Such a wonderful experience.

Points positifs : localisation de l'hôtel, équipements modernes, espaces communs confortables, animés et agréable, confort de la chambre + vue, le service en terrasse, l'accès libre à la terrasse pour s'installer le soir. Points négatifs : le service à la réception et le terrible manque d'amabilité du personnel de la réception (aucun sourire y compris de la part des "managers"), la mauvaise gestion des bagages au départ, aucun plateau de courtoisie en chambre (ni café, ni thé ...), la literie "beaucoup" trop molle.

The staff were lovely and accommodating always happy to help day or night. The room was clean, bins emptied daily and bed made as well as a fridge. Free games in lobby, free movies in the room, public transport tickets available in the Lobby with recommendations from staff. The hotel was a short 15 minute tram ride to centre, 35 minutes walk through the park to Prague Castle and gardens. The staff realised it was my birthday and left a cake in my room when I returned. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und das Personal ist super nett! Das Bett war extrem gemütlich und der Fernseher im Zimmer bietet die Möglichkeit - über AirPlay oder Chromecast - alle erdenklichen Inhalte zu streamen! Die Essensauswahl für Vegetarier (und vor allem Veganer) ist zwar etwas begrenzt, aber auch da finden sich Speisen.
