It is basic and average. Fairly comfortable, free wifi but no TV. Shared bathroom. Wooden floors, everything seems to echo, you can people in the rooms opposite. There seems to be no policy on noise as one room next to us made a lot of noise up until midnight and again then at 6am in the morning which was very annoying!!

Když jsem přišla musela jsem si umýt špinavé okno a lampu. Lednička nefunkční. Večer hluční hoste,j eště v půl dvanacte se myli. Sprchovali se asi hodinu.Po půl 12 jsem jsem jim musela říct ,že je noční klid. Pokoj malý čemu odpovída cena. Recepce slušná byli ochotni půjčit rychlovarnou konvici. Nikdy více. Nedoporučuji.

Teníamos la parada del tranvia en frente y puede que para las personas con sueño ligero oigan el tranvia, en nuestro caso, no nos llegó a despertar. Tener el tranvia en frente facilita el transporte por toda la ciudad. La única pega, pero fue culpa nuestra, es que no leímos que el hotel no tenía sábanas y tuvimos que comprarlas allí. También nos tuvimos que comprar unas toallas pequeñas, porque la toalla de mano que daba el hotel en nuestro caso estaba rota, yo creo que la gente la usaba para salir de la ducha y de ahí que estuviera rota. Yo sinceramente no soy muy exigente y yo iba de viaje a ver la ciudad, como hotel para dormir esta bien, habitación cómoda y calentita.

Venligt personale

God og venlig service. Trænger til udskiftning af hovedpuder og nyt sengetøj, men det var okay. Man skal forvente en del larm fra opgangen, når folk kommer og går. Tv er lidt ligegyldigt, da alt er på Tjekkisk, men undtagelse af musikkanal, men WiFi forbindelsen var på 4. sal perfekt, og vi streamede i stedet TV hjemmefra. Vi spurgte på indtjekningsdagen ind til mulighed for morgenmad 1 dag, og sagde at vi ville vende tilbage hvis det blev aktuelt (hvilket det ikke gjorde), men blev forsøgt opkrævet betaling for det ved udtjekning, hvilket ikke var særligt sjovt, men medarbejderen fjernede det. Et basis hotel med god placering til en okay pris.

La struttura è sporca e non curata ma la cosa più grave è stata che nella nostra stanza c’era una puzza di fumo di sigaretta da non poter respirare ne tantomeno dormire, pur essendo una camera non fumatori! Siamo andati a chiedere alla reception ma non sono venuti a sentire ne ci hanno aiutato trovando un’altra stanza, ci hanno detto di chiedere noi ai vicini di non fumare. Ce ne Siamo andati all’istante!!!! Non ci hanno riconosciuto nessun danno e non ci hanno rimborsato nulla. Expedia però che non c’entra non la struttura ci ha dato un buono da 50 euro.

Odczucia pozytywne. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Lodówka w pokoju 2 osobowym. Można poprosić o czajnik. W łazience prysznic. Suszarkę do włosów itd miałam swoją, więc nie wiem jak z wypożyczaniem sprawa wygląda. Obsługa mila. Obiekt ok dla par i grup znajomych oraz wyjazdów 1 osobowych.

Günstig, Lage OK, gibt aber besseres

Zimmer war sehr warm und Heizung konnte nicht abgestellt werden (kein Regler vorhanden). WLAN ging auf dem Zimmer auch nicht. Lage ist OK. Strassenbahn vor der Tür. Insgesamt "naja" - bei dem Preis konnte man aber auch nicht viel erwarten....

Poloho hotele zaručuje výbornou dostupnost do centra. Hned před hotelem je zastávka tramvaje. Na metro "C" to je jedna zastávka tramvají. Pozitivně hodnotím ledničku na pokoji a vlastní koupelnu. Připojení k internetu přes WiFi je sice k dispozici zdarma, ale pro nějakou seriozní práci to není nic moc. Raději jsem používal mobilní data.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta osasi hyvin englantia ja olivat todella ystävällisiä. Hotellihuoneesta jossa yövyimme ei ollut sivuilla kuvaa, oli aivan erilainen mitä odotimme kuvien perusteella. Siivousta ei ollut ollenkaan 4:n päivän aikana. Wifi ei toiminut.

Couple's Vacation

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very nice. Above everything, the service desk worker was the nicest and most memorable at any hotel I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service and a short distance to the city center.
