Room was clean, reception was friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the shower doors were transparent in the common bathrooms, but there weren't many people during my stay so I still had privacy :) Other than that, luma terra is probably the best hostel I've stayed at!
Great location, and great design of the building/rooms. I will say I wish it could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that I can't complain at all. Responsive and helpful staff.
This is a great place to stay with places near by. super close to the museum, train station and state opera.
the place is very clean and bathrooms are spectacular
Great value. Room was clean, quiet and spacious and had a/c. Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice amenities including well equipped kitchen. Only complaint (which I mentioned at departure): the music in the breakfast room was too loud.
Very close to metro and trams. Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Nice little bar downstairs, plus a kitchen and outdoor sitting area. Great stay, Thank you!
Close to trams/train, but still walkable to New town and Old town - if you like walking. Quiet and convenient- just perfect for a budget conscious traveller wanting a clean, comfortable and cosy place to stay in Prague. Will definitely be back here if we get to travel to Prague again! An excellent and welcoming hostel/hotel.
I really had such a good time here! The manager and receptionists were super!
The rooms were in pristine condition and we loved the social area, made some amazing friends
We stayed in a hotel type room at this hostel. It was close to train station. Clean and comfortable. If there was coffee in the room or lobby it would be perfect.
One of my favorite hostel stays.
Women's Dorm was very clean, thoughtful amenities. Loved the curtain per bed for privacy and the lights. The bathroom was always clean.
Very accessible to transportation
I was only here for 2 nights and did not join for breakfast or use the laundry so I cannot say much about those, but my stay was very pleasant! As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe! The area surrounding the hostel is safe and walkable. There are multiple bars and a convenience shop close by. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. I was the only woman in a dorm of 8 but everyone I encountered was very kind and I never felt anything but comfortable. You of course need your own lock but storage cage under the bed had plenty of space for my large 19kg rucksack and rolling hand luggage. This was my first time ever staying in a hostel and I couldn’t recommend it enough, I even made friends with my bunkmate and explored the city together! Next time I am in Prague I will absolutely stay here again!
Confortable, clean, well-organized, good kitchen, clean bathrooms. Good location for visiting Prague on your own or with friends. Just know the laundry requires extra fee.
I had a good night.
The place is in great modern condition. Very clean. Good facilities including kitchen to cook own food.
Towel, toiletries and towels are NOT provided, but available for a small charge, such as €3 for a padlock.
The check in and out was easy and friendly.
Not bang in the centre, but short walk meaning away from the crowds.
I would return without hesitation.
