Just been there 03/07//2026. It’s looks like a prison. The room was boiling, no air con. No ventilation on this hot weather. Can’t complain of the staff they’re very friendly.

駅に近いので便利だが、入口がわかりにくいので前を数回往復した。部屋は清潔でよかった。朝食もそろっていた。７時にチェックアウトする時、荷物を預けようとしたが、スタッフがいないのでこまった。清掃要員と思われる方に荷物預け室のカードを借りることができたので良かったが、スタッフはいてもらいたい。

とにかくチェックイン時のスタッフの態度が最悪。あまりの酷さに気分が悪くなった。部屋には冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、エアコンもない。この辺りはもともと折り込み済み。部屋が通りに面していて、トラムが頻繁に行き交うたび、大きな音と揺れが起きる。1860年代の建物で味もあったが、上記の点が笑い話にならない程、スタッフの横柄な態度が気になった

El desayuno es espectacular, muy completo. La llegada super ágil, nos dieron la habitación apenas llegamos, a las 10:30 am porque ya estaba lista. A la salida nos guardaron el equipaje, para disfrutar más de la ciudad.

Ambas cosas, tuvimos problemas en la habitación ruidos constantes del extractor del baño y la persona que estaba en recepción, al informarle del problema estaba pendiente dell su movil sin prestarnos atencion, y al decirle que no podia mos dormir en una habitacion con problemas de ese estilo, fue cuando dejó de mirar la pantalla de su movil, nos prestó atención y nos busco otra habitacion para a cambiarnos. Muy mal servicio. Ninguna atencion. Nada de respeto
