「We travel for 2 months and this hotel was the dirtiest and filthiest we have ever seen. First impression of the lobby dirty. The room smelled funky, a mixture of curry and human. The floors hasn’t been cleaned, dirt, debris everywhere. Dirt balls on furniture, mold in bathroom and broken kitchen cabinets. The out door chair had no paint and rust all over. The bathtub scratched and rusty, the shower curtain stained, mold everywhere. The shower rod was missing and the shower head just wrapped...

「Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room...

「The perfect location, 7-10 min walk from the duomo and the galleria. The room was clean, the hotel clerk was so nice as well. I felt very safe as the doors to the building locked at 5pm, and you needed keys to access the hotel area of the building. Would absolutely stay again!」

「It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! 」
