Very nice and comfortable place. 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. The only problem is that the bathroom shower had mold. I will let manager know that.

The stay was great, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location to walk around the city. The only small downside is that the airport is very close to the city and the landing route goes over the city, so you can't leave an open window once you want to go to bed, but if a window is closed then no noise is coming in.

Apartment used was outstanding. It is definitely large enough for 3 people. The only issue is not used to using handheld shower instead of stand-alone shower head, otherwise bathroom is excellent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist sent two thugs to our room to intimidate and harass us when we complained about insufficient towels and bedsheets in the room. We should never have even opened the door to these men. We tried to slam the door to keep them out, but they kept coming back. They barged into the room, kicked our shoes, threw things around and took our keys and cancelled our booking. They were upset that we had complained - a completely disproportionate and irrational response. DO NOT BOOK.

Modern clean apartments; service lacking.
The apartments are modern, sparkling clean, well-appointed, and within walking distance of the train station. Facilities are 5-star for the price. However, although I pre-paid on the site, I received an e-mail asking for payment again. At check-in, I got distracted and left my wallet on the reception counter. Once I took my bags upstairs, I realized that, came down, and it was gone. I expected some genuine expression of distress or offer to help, but I basically got a "haven't seen it, sorry" from the reception desk. Since it's not a hotel, I guess customer service is not their top priority. Granted, my rating is colored by the stress of being penniless in a strange country where I understand just a bit of the language and speak even less.

Modern Apartment in Poznan
The apartment is modern and attractively designed, and the view is terrific. I especially appreciated the washing machine and large drying rack, which are easy to use. The building is an easy walk to the train station by way of a pedestrian underpass. A good small market is across the street, and a large supermarket and many stores are available at the station.ut the kitchen would benefit from a microwave and dish towels.

Apartments are good but they cleaned only once in my 10 days stay. Moreover they dont stoxk enough toileteries during their once a week housekeeping so that it can last for a week. Even after compkaining them they didnt bother to restock. Had no shower gel even for few days of stay. AC in room but they dont give AC remote to operate until you pay extra. Never felt having any Service in this Serviced apartment. Dont even stockup coffee/tea. Most importantly they did not they did not even honour rarly checkin although requested and no communication. They charged credit even before checkin time while i was waiting for the room. Moreover they didnt even bother to confirm with me n went ahead to charge in SGD currency while if would have opted for PLN charge. This is so that they can add their own exchange rate but it costed me more finally almost 50$. I would suggest this apartment only for tight budget minded travellers.

Dear Guest, You probably mistook the apartments with a hotel where the service is cleaned every day and it complements gels and toilet paper. In our apartments, cleaning takes place every 6-7 days, according to arrangements with the guest. If the customer wishes for frequent cleaning, it costs PLN 50 once. We do not have apartments with AC on the Expedia website, so I do not understand indignation because of its lack. It is possible to receive a room with AC for an additional fee of 30 PLN / day. If the Guest did not want to use this option, he did not have to. The reservation fee has been charged in accordance with the rules for 24 hours before the beginning of the stay. As for currency conversion, the fee was charged in the currency in which the reservation was made. This is normal practice for charging a virtual card.

Great Apartment!
Always a good stay at these apartments. Very close to the Avenida shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to the market square. Clean, modern and a balcony which is a must! The staff in the reception office are helpful and polite and I can recommend Apartments Towarowa to everyone.

I went for a one day conference stay in Poznan and stayed in the Poznan Apartment Towarowa as it was next to the university. I arrived by car very late (23:30) so there was already no one to check me in but the hotel called me a day before and informed me about all the arrangements. I received the sms with all the details and the keys were already waiting for me. I had no problem getting to the hotel, everything was great and ready. The room was exceptionally clean and nice, tea and coffee are ready in the cupboard. The only complain I would have was the extra 50PLN I had to pay for a parking spot even though the parking was almost empty, there was also only one shop close by and it was closed at night. Finally beware of the parking in Poznan - you need a special city card which no one has or a lot of coins (the parkometers in the city are old and do not accept cards)... Normally I would ask to leave the car in the hotel but there was no one there in the morning (8:00 am) as well.

Everything was great; great apartment, clean, comfortable, convenient, modern and all new. well equipt kitchen and bathroom. staff was very friendly and flexible with requests. WiFi worked great and easy to logon. the area was great as well. very close to everything. big shopping mall minutes walk away, a convenience store just down the street. I would warmly recommend this place. I would gladely stay here again when i visit Poznan

Great location. Excellent views. The downside was we were there on a few over 30 degree days and although we knew there would be no ac when we booked there are also no curtains in living spaces which face west. So full afternoon sun...be lovely if it was not too hot and on the cooler days was fine. The real problem was at night as with the excellent sound proof windows shut the place did not cool and with them open lovely breeze but very noisy. We donated a fan to the apartment. The key pick up was fine but be sure to organise well in advance, you need to phone which was not easy if you don’t speak polish...it was fine face to face but phone was a bit difficult mainly because they assumed they could text everything and had no alternatives set up. Well located near a shopping centre, easy walk to everything you might want to see and easy walk from station or bus from airport. If the shower doesn’t flow you may need to clear the drain...yuk.

A short break
The apartment is in excellent condition on the 16th floor, with balcony and great views over the city. The apartment had everything we needed and more inc. dishwasher and washing machine. All furniture and fittings are top notch. There is a 7-11 shop just outside so you can get everything you need from there. The station is about a 5 min walk away inside a great shopping complex. And about a 10 min walk to the Old Town. I would definitely stay here again if in Poznan

Esta Experiencia Negativa la tiene bien merecida este Hotel de Apartamentos en Poznan... Estaba de Viaje entre Lithuania y España en coche con mi familia (3 Niños) y he alquilado uno de los apartamentos para tener suficiente espacio, el día de mi llegada, partía desde Kaunas, Lithuania a 8 horas y 30m de Poznan. Antes de mi llegada les he notificado, por email y llamada que llegaría entre las 20h y 21h y que me informaran si había algún inconveniente, y me han dicho que no, que me enviarían un email con instrucciones para obtener la llave, lo cual nunca sucedió. Así que me encontré frente al edificio con mis 3 hijos en el coche hambrientos sin tener donde quedarme. Hoteles.com me ha reubicado, de verdad gracias por la gestión, pero el hotel ha sido muy irresponsable. REFERENCIA NEGATIVA

Towarowa to jeden z pewniaków, jeśli chodzi o apartamenty w Poznaniu. Jeśli boisz się ryzykować tym, że zdjęcia wyglądają przecudnie, a na żywo masz ApartJanusz (meble z epoki późnego Gierka, ubytki tynku, niedoprane dywany) to polecam Towarową. Te apartamenty są naprawdę nowe i nie "koloryzowane". Co widzisz na zdjęciach, istnieje w rzeczywistości. Innymi słowy - jeśli coś Cię zaskoczy, to tylko na plus. Na przykład kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy, gdy w apartamentach standardem jest 3w1 z Żabki. Ja korzystam z apartamentów w tym kompleksie (od różnych najemców) regularnie z dwóch powodów: 1. Jakość samych apartamentów i wyposażenie ich 2. Lokalizacja - nie pcham się nigdy do Poznania samochodem (jako, że miałem okazję mieszkać kilka lat, znam doskonale uroki korków), a Towarowa to 2 minuty do dworca. Zatem - z czystym sumieniem polecam.

Prawie wszystko było super - prawie - po 05 godzine znaleźliśmy elektryczny emitor zapachów, który osunęliśmy na balkon. Nie szło wytrzymać intensywności jego zapachu.

The appartment was nice and in a very good condition. Very nice neighborhood, close to the old town and shopping centre. There was an issue regarding payment but it was sorted out by the very friendly crew in the reception. We strongly recommend this place!

Wir hatten ein Apartment im 16. Stock, hatten einen fantastischen Ausblick! Lage perfekt! Direkt am Bahnhof mit vielen Geschäften. Zentrum erlangt man fußläufig. Zu den Haltestellen von Bus und Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Meter. Unterkunft war sehr sauber!

Supert apartment
Vi hadde super leilighet i 16. etasje, med stor balkong og panoramautsikt over byen. Nydelig kjøkken utstyrt med mulighet for å klare matstell selv. Frokost kan om ønskelig bestilles. Soveværelse med stor dobbelseng. Stue med sovesofa for to. Stort bad med vaskemaskin, ekstrarom med strykejern og kurver for oppbevaring av tøy. Alt var meget rent og pent. Nøkler ble hentet ved inngangspartiet. Kodet inngang meget enkel å bruke. 5 minutter til stort kjøpesenter og buss til flyplass. Vi har reist en god del på byturer i Europa, men aldri opplevd overnattingsmuligheter som har vært i nærheten av dette. Bør få topp terningkast!

Generalnie jest super, dobra lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, ale gdyby dorzucić kilka drobiazgów, których brakuje (płyn do mycia naczyń w kuchni i papierowe ręczniki lub ściereczka, jeśli jest kawa, to powinno być mleczko do tej kawy, no i najważniejsza rzecz - nie ma lustra, które pokazuje całą postać), to te apartamenty byłyby mistrzostwem świata!

El piso pepino filipino, las vistas desde planta 16 no están pagadas en el precio. El fallo es la recepción q cuesta un cojon encontrarla. Nos salió un fulano de una clínica estética q nos hizo el chek-in. Muy serio y antipático. Pero salvando eso el piso es de 11, repetiría sin dudarlo

Towarowa appartment worth staying
The apartment looks quite freshly renovate with an upper standard. All the comforts for an high-class stay were there, full kitchen, nice tv, excellent toilet with all tools, iron board, very comfy bed. The balcony is wide and with a nice view over the train station, you can have a reinvigorating breakfast there if the weather is nice! Excellent location if you need to work at the fair nearby. All the shops you might need are within some minutes walk. The general setting of the apartment is extremely relaxing!
