「Clean, quiet. helpful staff」

「We stayed on the busiest 2 nights. Staff tried their hardest but were short handed. Rooms were meh. A/c wasnt working the best and it was 100 out side. Breakfast was okay. Better than nothing. I would stay again and hope for better. Max is great sports bar」

「Loved the charm of the Historic Hotel. Having the Celtic Cowboy attached is bonus. The secure, indoor parking was nice. The only disappointment was the our room had a window to the hallway and the hallway lights are on 24/7. The window covering was not darkening enough at night.」

「We tried to check in at two a were asked to come back at three. No room ready until after check in time of three. Our room wasn’t cleaned. Hair in tub and all over in one of the beds. All. Over. We had no toilet paper and no towels. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the top of the toilet was covered in dust and grime. Super disappointing.」

「We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to...

「The staff is very friendly and attentive. My room was nice and clean and had lots of home feel to it. It’s a nice relaxing place to stay with a great restaurant inside plus they have free water that they give to their guests and I work hard all day and that free water hits the spot when I get back.」

「Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)」
