There were dirty shorts inside the TV cabinet, dirty socks under the bed and washroom sink, garbage under the washroom sink, left over food in the microwave. Floors were dirty. Requested to please clean up the room, but upon return hours later it was in the same condition. Will not stay there again.

The front desk staff is also tasked with cleaning rooms so it took a while to find someone to check us in. The first room we were put in was not labeled properly (210), we found a door with only a #1 on it and had to find housekeeping to confirm it was right. The room smelled stale and the bathroom smelled of urine. It was dark and had dents in the walls. The tiny ac barely worked and the tv wouldn’t work either. Had to wait again at front desk and search for staff to get a power bar plug in for tv. Staff was understanding about our unhappiness with the room and offered a different room. The other room was much brighter and cleaner but we were super disappointed with the condition of the linens and towels. While it was obvious they were washed many had stains, to the point that the white towels looked yellow and worn. It’s a cheap fix to provide a clean and healthy experience for guests. The shower curtain was also stained with moldy ring around it. The grounds of the hotel are nothing like pictured in advertisements. The seating area was dirty and littered with bits of garbage. There were also garage bags piled up in the lobby because staff was trying to do two jobs of cleaning and front desk. She was kind and helpful so not reflective of her service but the owners should fix these things if they don’t want to become a 1 star motel as this was a 1 star experience.

Looks good from a distant, but up close really run down!! Bugs, dirty stained sheets, no phkne in the room and paper thin walls! Sketchy people stay here because its cheap, if you have kids.....STAY AWAY!!!!!

This place was a nightmare from the moment I arrived. The parking lot reeked and had dog poop scattered around. My room stank of dog urine so badly it was hard to breathe. I had an emergency and had to leave after the first night, but there was no one,not even at the front desk, willing or able to speak to me about a refund for the second night I paid for. Completely unprofessional. The surrounding area is depressing and offers nothing worth staying for. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looks recently renovated. It’s close to Townsite Brewing which had some of the best beer I have tried in a very long time! Close to food as well! Definitely recommend!

No one at front desk. You have to ring if you need anything or want to ask a question. The lobby smells very strongly of cooking. Pungent. I assume the owners living quarters are attached. The rooms and property in general are dated. The AC units are old and inadequate for the task. We left our AC running for our whole stay and it barely managed to get down to 23 or 24 degrees - we had to borrow a fan from our friends locally to survive/sleep. No ice bucket in the room nor was one provided when we asked. Overall not great stay. Would not repeat.

Ok if your not picky .. the staff were friendly but very hard to find when needed ....the room was partially updated but still very rundown...clean bed clean towels and good water pressure... the batroom sink was plugged and the air conditioner was VERY noisy and hardly worked in fact at one point i blew the breaker in my room when using the microwave and air conditioner at the same time .. when checking out i walked past a bunch of open rooms as lots were also checking out and i noticed that most of the rooms vere nicer than mine so maybe i was just unlucky ...

Onces we got to the hotel we had to wait minimum 10 minutes to do the check in. Receptionist waa nowhere to be found. I enter to my room that smell like someone just use the washroom. We had to call the receptionist to our room because the microwave or tv where not working. She explained you can either use the microwave and no ac or ac and nothing else which ot was ridiculous considering is summee and room was extremely hot. Not a good experience definitely not using that hotel again. Rooms on the websites looks way clean and nicer that they actually are. I wantes to upload pictures but didnt let me

Dial "0" for service, and there was no service except for when we arrived in the evening. I was handed a key, told that there would be a 100.00 added for incidentals? and would be reimbursed upon departure, then the person vanished. Coffee service consisted of 1 cup, 1 package of coffee and sugar packets for 2 adults, for 2 days. I gave up on "Service" after 3 tries.
