「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「It was frustrating to go back to the front desk to get new keys as keys did not work. I need to go back to them 3 times during my 2 days stay. First of all, you must swipe the keys very slowly to open the door. We spent few minutes opening the door, finally other guest walking by told us the trick. Secondly, keys do not work all the time. Hotel Management - You must consider upgrading your locks to RFID as soon as you can.」

「We loved the sophisticated feel of staying in an older, elegant home. The breakfast was amazing and so nicely served in the dining room. Our room was very nice, and large. What we didn’t enjoy was the hilly walk from the parking to the house then a narrow staircase to our room. It was quite challenging.」

「Beautiful heritage building, and our king room was fantastic. The staff was really helpful as we arrived very late after our flight got delayed several times in Halifax and didn't get info in St. John's until 1am. The lovely, sweet attendant even brought us ice as it was on the other side of the restaurant」

「Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help.」
