「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, including fresh bed linen. The food was delicious. We had a large room with a sea view, which was wonderful to wake up to. 」

「It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
