"Most pick a place like this because of the proximity of the airport and the availability of the airport shuttle.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t running the morning we needed it. Kind of ironic they made it pretty clear that we needed to be in front of the hotel five minutes before our departure time. Yet, it was almost 10 min after our departure time before went to the front desk and was told they were trying to get a shuttle from a partner hotel as the shuttle wasn’t working this particular morning.
Besides the fact that this one major service wasn’t available. They also didn’t say anything to anyone until we asked. There were about 6 parties waiting around the front. It would have been nice if they communicated this issue. We ended up getting an Uber and was picked up about 20 min after the original shuttle departure time. And everyone else was still waiting…
The hotel was basically a motel (outside units). The only reason I booked this place was it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. As it turned out, it worked because you can get an Uber fairly quick at 5:30 am.
