"Information about checking in was poor. We arrived around 7pm thinking we would get a key from the desk - but the desk closed at 1 and you needed a code to get in. Fortunately a resident gave us the code and showed us the lockbox where our key was waiting in an envelope. We photographed our passports and emailed them as requested and asked for a later checkout. We didn’t get a response. The next morning I emailed again and was told no late checkout. When we went to checkout they said they didn’t get our email from the night before. In the end we were able to leave our bags for a few hours. So, while the apartment was fine, communication was not."

"Our flight was delayed, but staff gave us great welcome and upgraded our room for free. Room was clean and excellent view. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely will be back and refer this hotel to my friends and family."

"Sad to have to give a bad review but it was really bad. Air Conditioning not working. Hotel suggested we sleep with window open but street noise went on till 2 AM. Fitness center was a hotel room with two machines - I think they may be redoing the old one. Pictures of the hotel on the site are mis-leading. The entrance shown is now a clothing boutique. The hotel nickles and dimes. This was probably once a great hotel, not anymore. Location is good. No bar open. No one in the restrurant (other than for breakfast). Other guests complaining about lack of air-conditioning. Room was only ok. -- We had three tough nights with the room hot. Hotel needs a refresh. I'd wait until there is confirmation that it's been redone"

"The breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. AC was not working for the hotel. It is still off for the winter season. It was 18-21 Celsius during the days and evening were 4-10 at night. Rooms were warm, thankfully hotel provided fan for some relief at night. At hotel May 10-12th, 2026. Staff were great! The hotel was clean and organized "

"Nice quiet hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is about 7 minute walk from the train station. Room was a good size with two single beds (push them together for a queen). Quite clean. The complimentary breakfast bar was a very big spread - much more than we expected: scrambled eggs (plain and with veg/cheese), boiled eggs, homemade yogurt, croissants, cake(!), fruit, cheese and meat, etc etc. The hotel seems to have prioritized the rooms for renovation and upkeep. This is a very passable 3 star hotel. We were quite pleased."
