"Hotel room was immaculate on arrival, 2 free water bottles, tea, chocolates and coffee. It was surprisingly quiet for the amount of rooms they have. Elevators are fast and there are 4 total, though only two go to the rooftop.
Rooftop was good, nothing crazy, it was packed but we were able to find a table and get drinks, they also serve food if you're hungry. The "pool" is shallow but I didn't see anyone inside, because it was windy and not super warm that week.
Breakfast was great, lots of options, they offered us coffee that wasn't the machine coffee too, everything was good, the smoothies were a nice touch, the ones we tried were all good, though some sweeter than others. I especially appreciated having the avocado cream and smoked salmon (only had this at 2 out of 4 hotels).
They also offer free laundry, there's a room with stove sink and microwave on the hallway, a patio on our floor too (4th) and a lot of restaurants and stores nearby."
"We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredible, the breakfast was fab and the pool was great. Easy to get into the centre of town using the metro. Only thing they could improve is a few more vegan options at breakfast (like vegan yoghurts - this was only available one day I was there) however there was always some form of vegan milk available, and most days there was enough food to make a breakfast that was reasonably varied."
"Very close to the metro to go to downtown and Sintra and the bus stop to go to Belem, this hotel is clean safe the staff is very helpful, would definitely recommend to stay here."
"Good value for money. Close to the airport and room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Lidl across the street was convenient as well."
"The hotel is between satisfactory and good. It's at the lower end of what you'd expect from Radisson. The bed was really comfy, and I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But the cleanliness in public areas (elevators, and breakfast room) was surprisingly bad. Spills weren't cleaned up several times. There's a metro station about 8 mins walk away which is very useful."
