"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "From when we arrived and got an early check in until our departure, our hotel stay was the best! The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The Kissaten bartender went to another bar to get one of the liquors for our cocktails. We frequented Cafe Castro’s for morning coffee and pastries, and for late dinners San Ta Marta. The hotel is well situated to the Metro, grocery store, pharmacy and local restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel apartment with a full kitchen and ensuite laundry."
