The good part was the super friendly staff, helpful and kind!!! Very nice. Bad part: I wish they would put something on the site that says do not book if you have handicap issues because we don’t have an elevator and the stairs are steep! I had a hard time going to the third floor with my mother. I also didn’t realize it wasn’t handicap accessible with no elevator! (My bad) Also, the bed was really uncomfortable. The white pillows were yellow, and the bathroom shower was dirty. Other than that, was fine. :)

Excellent location, gorgeous view, great room. Would give five stars but the beds felt like spring mattresses from 1990 & had no box springs. Also didn’t realize we were on the third floor with no elevator.

Dirty linens blocking the door to my room at 5pm! Check in starts at 2pm. When we said something to the staff, shugged it off like it was no big deal and said he will remove them himself smugly. Room was ok.

Great Location, fast check in with motel at G street, the parking was in small lot numbered space on I street 5min walk. Pull up on motel side (G street) put flashers on check in get parking display pass, unload then park. Great for ballroom concert. Cleanliness was acceptable, it’s an old shore house nothing to complain or Brag about so it works. Carpet should be cleaned.

Old and dingy, parking was 2 streets over, tv had one channel, linens old and torn, bathroom shower ceiling all stained, one lamp out of three worked and toilet was definitely not cleaned , it was convenient to venue that was only plus however it rained and we had two blocks to walk to to get car from hotel.. save your money it cost me $180 for night I feel robbed, we left it was too gross

The parking lot was 2 blocks from the hotel. The hotel itself was ancient and without modern fittings. The stairs were narrow and dangerous. The breakfast was meager. The floor of the room was uneven. The carpet was old. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There was someone at the desk for check-in but never again.

Easy to find, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely look to stay here again when we need a night by the ocean.
