This apartment had a flood, so Liiiving in Porto warned me of this about a week before arrival, and arranged an alternative apartment at no extra cost. They handled this very well so I am giving a good review for their service. Obviously I didn't see this particular apartment. I liked the alternative apartment very much, so the star ratings refer to this. I walked down the street where the original apartment is located, and it looks a very good location, as you'd expect.
