Overall a pleasant stay, with some minor issues. Breakfast is very good, staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning works well. The minor issues were a missing chair and safe in the room, which they fixed. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was unusable and the kitchen faucet leaked water all over the place. These were minor so I still gave 4 stars.

The safe did not work and they could not replace it until the following day, but I advised I needed specially for that day that was not working. They said I could store my belongings downstairs, which I felt uneasy and took them with me. Be aware that sheets and towels are not replaced everyday. I only found out about this on the second day, because I’ve noticed the towels were wet, and there was a sign next to the bed and another one in the bathroom stating that to preserve the environment they would not replace towels or sheets unless you throw everything on the floor before you leave the room (which was not there in the first day!). By the way I was using a comforter which had not been washed for a while, I thought I was crazy, but then I realized that probably the previous occupant had used it and they did not wash it. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable before, and of course I asked them to replace it. The bathroom was dirty (the walls, specially the shower head, and even the toilet was not properly cleaned). They did not provide hand soap until I asked. The tv was not working, and the mini fridge was barely hanging. The room was so dark I could barely find my things. The bunkbed had so little space I felt I was in a coffin. I threw mattress on the floor so I could finally sleep. The guy from the restaurant downstairs acted like he was doing us a favor, while it was just us that evening and he took his sweet time to take our order. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

Bons diferenciais, porém com falhas no quarto

O hotel, no geral, é bom. O café da manhã não é tão variado mas é saboroso, porém, durante o serviço, alguns itens acabam rapidamente e é necessário aguardar a reposição, o que deixa os hóspedes esperando alguns minutos. Quando a comida chega, por ser em pequena quantidade, acaba sendo consumida de imediato. O atendimento é excelente: equipe sempre atenciosa, prestativa e disposta a ajudar, resolvendo qualquer situação com rapidez e cordialidade. A limpeza do local também é correta, mas deixo a sugestão de higienizar travesseiros e colchões com vaporizador para eliminar possíveis odores de hóspedes anteriores. O ponto que deixou a desejar foi o quarto em que fiquei. O apartamento apresentava um problema estrutural: ao tomar banho, a água vazava pelo piso do banheiro e inundava parte do quarto. Inicialmente pensei que fosse descuido meu, mas percebi que a infiltração vinha do próprio revestimento. Por outro lado, gostei do espaço de uso comum, que conta com cozinha comunitária, algo muito prático em um hotel e também de uma mini conveniência com itens básicos.

Das Design des Hotels war sehr ansprechend und der Service grundsätzlich freundlich. Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer und Bäder könnten besser sein, das Frühstück war übersichtlich. Beim Check-out konnte die Rezeption leider kein Taxi rufen und schlug vor, dass wir mit Koffern ein paar Minuten zum nächsten Taxistand laufen sollten.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou. Outro aspecto positivo foi a localização do hotel, próxima a pontos de interesse, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos. Muito ruim experiência. Mentiram sobre ter carregador de carro elétrico. Tinha no site e não estava funcionando, nos deixando em situação crítica pois chegamos à noite e tínhamos de sair de manhã. Além disso água do banho não tava quente.
