Atendimento desrespeitoso e estrutura precária

Minha experiência no Hotel foi extremamente negativa e não recomendo a ninguém! Na chegada, fomos atendidas por um funcionário idoso que deixou claro que não tinha vontade nenhuma de trabalhar. Ele apenas anotou meu nome e entregou a chave, sem explicar nada sobre a estadia. Quando perguntei se havia elevador, ele debochou e disse que em cem anos nunca tiveram e não seria agora que teriam. Precisei subir sozinha com as malas, mesmo estando com minha mãe idosa e minha filha pequena, enquanto ele fazia comentários debochados. Uma postura inaceitável. Mais tarde, desci para perguntar sobre o Wi-Fi e, felizmente, fui atendida por outro funcionário, muito mais simpático e profissional, que de fato fez meu check-in corretamente e explicou como funcionava o hotel. O quarto era muito modesto, com manutenção precária, embora fosse possível perceber o esforço da equipe de limpeza. O café da manhã era simples, mas bom e feito com capricho, e todas as funcionárias simpáticas e atenciosas. Uma pena que a administração não invista na estrutura do prédio e mantenha um idoso desmotivado no atendimento, pois isso destrói a experiência positiva oferecida pelos demais. Paguei R$220,00 pelo aplicativo e, na volta a Porto Alegre, fiquei no Ritter por R$270,00 e a diferença foi absurda em todos os aspectos: atendimento, estrutura e conforto. Não é porque um hotel é simples que ele precisa ser mal cuidado e oferecer um atendimento desrespeitoso. Infelizmente, não voltarei e não recomendo.

Si bien el hotel está bien ubicado para acceder, la zona da toda la sensación de ser muy peligrosa. La higiene en general es baja, de hecho en el desayuno había una rata muerta debajo de nuestra mesa. Durante la noche hubo un corte de energía (no atribuible al hotel) , cuando abrimos la ventana para que entre aire, el ruido de loos colectivos pasando durante toda la noche no nos permitió dormir. En fin, una experiencia muy mala

Gostei de quase tudo, só não foi totalmente excelente por que no quarto em que ficamos, ouvia-se muito o barulho da rua e dos aviões. No mais estava tudo ótimo!
