The property is great for the price. Breakfasts is normal, not too much options, I can say is decent. Parking is terrible, vey tight spaces. Be careful.

Nobody came to help with the lovages, we had to go and find someone! Hallway carpet are really dirty old and smells! TV in the rooms are very old! Windows in the rooms don’t lock there is only one elevator that woks! The refrigerator in the room is empty! The towels are yellow because they are too old!

The restaurant in the hotel is good, so you don't need to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want. Also, there are some dinning options around the hotel. The room was clean but it could be cleaner. But it is still above the average. It is close to the American consulate and the area is safe considering Porto Alegre is a big city.

The bathrooms were covered in black mold. Carpets and walls in the hallways were filthy. Paint was peeling on the walls in the room and there was mold on the walls. Utterly disgusting!

On Aug 8 I went to the hotel to ask them to hold the reservation, the guest will postpone check in to Aug 11 instead of Aug 9. The attendant confirmed the reservation is maintained and check in moved to Aug 11. On Aug 11 the guest arrived and the reservation was unavailable, it had been cancelled. She had to make a new reservation on the spot and paid directly. I demand reimbursement of the amount I paid through Orbitz!

Perdeu qualidade

Experiência ruim. Já tinha ficado outras vezes no hotel, mas percebi que a qualidade caiu. No andar que fiquei (5 andar) vimos bandejas de comida na no chão escada desde que entramos até a hora que saímos do hotel. Estávamos estacionado no estacionamento, saímos à noite de carro e quando retornamos estava lotado, ou seja, não pude retornar e tive que deixar o carro na rua. Café da manhã lotado e sem reposição. Infelizmente à qualidade caiu.

Muito ruim, com elevador com problemas.

Já me hospedei na rede Master várias vezes, inclusive neste Hotel MAster da Carlos Gomes em POA, umas 3 vezes...o hotel está largado, piso dos corredores levantando, goteiras por todo lado na recepção, sem contar um único elevador (de serviço) operando para todos os hóspedes e funcionários. O que mais chamou a atenção foi um elevador que pelo fabricante suportaria 11 pessoas foi reduzida sua capacidade para 4 pessoas...por que??? Fiquei preocupado!!!
