Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

Não havia frigobar no quarto, o box do chuveiro coberto de mofo, móveis e carpete dilapidados, sem wi-fi no quarto. A cama estava ok, mas uma das lâmpadas de cabeceira não funcionou, ar condicionado muito barulhento. Falta de trança extra na porta. Dito isso, o staff foi atencioso e o café da manhã bom. Mas não recomendo.

Limpeza péssima, sujeira embaixo da cama, e muita. Atendimento demorado. Estávamos em 2, tinha 1 toalha de banho no qual meu namorado já tinha usado. Entrei no chuveiro pra tomar banho e vi que não tinha outra toalha. Meu namorado ligou na recepção pra pedir mais uma e eles demoraram mais de 20 minutos pra levar a toalha, enquanto eu esperava dentro do chuveiro. Pedimos um hambúrguer no jantar na qual a carne parecia uma pedra. Não voltarei no hotel
