「The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best"
