I love this property but too bad I didn’t get to stay here… I paid and booked a nice king suite because I enjoy this hotel and when I finally arrived tired and to check in…. They said sorry to inform me but maid issues and they have 30 uncleaned dirty rooms… so they sent me across the street with a letter to stay in a king bed room at the other hotel…. Which I didn’t enjoy wasn’t clean wasn’t nice at all super old and outdated.

The operations manager, I believe it was, running the breakfast/snack bar area was amazing and very personable.

Everything was great except the mattresses I would say are the worst part. For the newness of this hotel I would’ve thought the beds would’ve been better. Other than that highly recommend and will consider a stay again in the future!

I booked for a queen bed with a sofa bed and didnt get that also the curtains in the room were broken and ripped definitely need to be replaced. After being told there would be no cleaning service I had a rude awakening to loud knocking at 8am then having cleaning service enter the room because she had the room on her cleaning list. No instruction as to where to leave trash. Were told it would take an hour before we could get clean towels.

Unfortunately, transits no security other than the cameras that they have, which is good because they get to see if something happens to you at least they get to see who did it to you a motorhomes set outside since I arrived on Thursday who knows how long it had been there before and every day was a car giving the motorhome eight jumpstart and people lingering outside the motorhome which I know we’re not reciting at the hotel but I guess it always happens to somebody right so can’t Really judge

Arrived in room. Bathroom had ants everywhere. I killed the ants but a few stragglers stuck around. I was in town to visit a sick friend so was too exhausted to complain. The next morning I was counting on breakfast. I booked the hotel based on amenities. I was told the employee didn't show up so that was out. I also booked the property because they had a lounge/bar. After a long day I returned to find out the employee running the bar had a "family issue" so they couldn't serve me. Other than that I was hoping the fireplace in courtyard would be running. But no. At checkout I mentioned and showed pictures of the ants. No response. I thought maybe I would get some sort of compensation? I will say the employees were very friendly. That's it.

Really quick and easy check in and check out. The staff was nice and really helpful. The room was nice and clean and came with lots of towels. It also have a good bar and restaurant that serves a good portion.

This was my second time staying at this location this year and I have to say the staff there are just amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly, they are always warm and attentive whenever a need arises. I will be staying here at this location for all future trips I have to Gresham.

Annoying blinking smoke detector
The smoke alarm above the bed had two bright green LEDs that blinked on every five seconds, disrupting our sleep. Also, we were not informed when we made the reservation online or when we checked in that we were charged additional for parking. This was disappointing as we chose the property based on the price.

I liked this property it was near where we wanted to be. I just didn’t understand why I had to pay 10$ a night just to park my vehicle. Otherwise everything was pretty nice. No major problems and it was pretty quiet.

Great place!
This was our first visit, in town for a family birthday. We absolutely loved this place! Room was great, and the shower was hot! Great offerings in the lobby with drinks and food! Loved the little booths with individual tvs!
