It was both comforting and delicious. The place was beautiful and historic, and my room very peaceful. And the fact that there is live music 36 5 days a year is brilliant!"

"The staff were amazing. My partner has a allergy to scents and our room was heavily perfumed. We were able to view another room which was much better and we changed rooms and enjoyed our two nights. "We loved everything about our stay. Lots of attention to little details in restoring this comfortable, historical farmhouse into a great getaway retreat. Facilities for campers, glampers and 3 comfortable, cozy upstairs bedrooms. A great eclectic library (everything from Keith Richards to the original Winnie the Pooh collection!) And ...the "Dutch Baby" breakfast was a real highlight! Thanks!"
