"This entire hotel was immaculate. It is right next to the train station. Super comfortable beds and the room was big and clean. Highly recommend this hotel in Bologna "
"Beautiful, elegant hotel in a great location between Bologna Centrale station (about 10 minutes on foot) and Piazza Maggiore (around 15 minutes). Ideal for exploring the city.
Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, with easy communication in English. We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in at 11:00 a.m. and an upgrade from a Superior to a Deluxe room, which was very much appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good bed and a large, attractive bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, offering good variety and quality. The on-site restaurant, The Spoon, has a lovely ambience and very good food.
The hotel has a spa, gym, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath, but access appeared limited to the late afternoon/evening, which was disappointing. We also had a blocked washbasin drain that was reported twice but not resolved during our stay.
Overall, an excellent experience and still deserving of five stars thanks to the location, comfort, service, and dining."
"This was my absolute dream. Stayed on the 5th floor. Room was just as pictured...and you can't envision the magical reality (the evening rain on the skylight was heaven). Comfy bed. No thrills, but who needs those when you have the space and beams!
Excellent staff all around. They even have a magic button they can push to call you a taxi (especially when you have an obnoxiously early flight).
Also good wifi and beautiful common sitting areas downstairs.
Also impeccable location...can you tell I had a good time? Ha!"
"The room was fantastic. It was farther from centrale than originally shown, but was still just a short taxi or bus ride away. Checkin would have been easy (all online) but the website would not let me use my camera which wasted hours for me. If you stay more than 1day BYO TP & soap. Other than that the room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I have no complaints. "
