"2 separate reservations didn't go through to the hotel itself. Had to cancel both over the phone through Expedia. (After being on hold for 15mins). Not easy to get ahold of an actual agent when reaching out to you guys. Had to re-book BOTH reservations and wait for the hotel system to "accept" them. ..."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Despite water in shower not fully transferring from tub nozzle to shower head, water pressure was still good. Sink was slow to drain. Facial tissues not stocked. A/C worked well. "Breakfast" was not desirable but that is standard."
