"The guy that checked us in was really nice! Then we got a bang at our door at 11pm at night about towels, woke everyone up and we had a do not disturb sign on our door. Definitely won’t be going back, only thing that was okay was the pool. Said they had a hot tub but don’t but that’s okay. "

"The room was mostly fine, the shower had hair in the drain which was absolutely disgusting. For some reason, nobody could maintain any sense of peace in the hit. People were yelling at all hours of the night, slamming doors. No help from front desk. Absolutely horrible place to get rest "

"The facility was exactly as expected. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. Today, I was unable to get any hot water for a shower, despite running the water for the time required on the previous days."

"We stayed in a suite, which I didn't mind paying about a hundred dollars more than usual.($265) All I expect for that is a great bed and a great shower. The bed was ok, not super comfy cost, but ok. The shower was ridiculous though! The only way to have it hot enough was to have it barely on... Sprinkle barely cover it! After driving 11 hours and paying that much? Not very nice! "

"My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the elevator was out of service, which created an immediate inconvenience. Once in the room, I discovered that the television was not working, adding to the frustration. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing maintenance problems, including lights that constantly flickered or shut off unexpectedly. At one point, the power went out entirely, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the WiFi service was unreliable and frequently went down, making it difficult to stay connected. Beyond these issues, the overall condition of the room clearly showed a lack of proper maintenance. There was noticeable discoloration on the walls and areas where paint was missing, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, the lack of communication at check-in combined with the numerous facility and room condition issues made for a very unsatisfactory experience. These problems should have been addressed in advance or clearly communicated to guests to set proper expectations."
