「Beautiful apartment newly redone and well equipped. Comfortable bed, two smart tvs a Sonos system and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet at night. A little out of the touristy areas (which is good) but close by to everything in the Marais and Notre Dame, the Louvre etc. all walkable. Lots of good restaurants and close to good shopping. We will definitely be back. 」

「Pro: This is a small quaint hotel. Very Peruvian. Small but wonderful. Great helpful staff. Loved our time at the hotel. Outside the hotel is a different story. Con: I visit Paris every year for work. I can see a change. Paris is being overwhelmed with Ivory Coast folks. Arguing street gangs, sidewalk vendors, homeless, pickpockets (two separate groups), metro stations line jumping etc. I had to female friends who were ogled, again Ivory Coast people. Very uncomfortable anywhere in this area....
