"The hotel itself was fine. But the poor lady working the desk after 9:00 pm on Saturday night had to handle 4 of us at the counter. From a toilet that wouldn't flush to a man who just walked in off the street, we were in line to check in for a very long time. I wouldn't expect her to be rude to them, but at some point the conversation they were trying to have with her was a little off-putting after hours of driving. She did get us checked in very quickly once we got to her. So I knew she knew her job, it was "
