"Last year, we were accommodated in a much newer and more comfortable bungalow. This time, however, we were given an older one in comparison to the surrounding options. "Water runs out of the bathroom tub. Management was notified and they quick to check what was wrong and the quick fix they perform did not solve the problem. Room cleaning was not done timely and I had to call each time it was still not done before 2 PM. Food was average for a 4 star hotel. Not enough variety. Did not ever serve shrimp or salmon during the whole week we stayed there. For a place on the Mediterranean coast, not serving shrimp or salmon is not normal"
