Room was good apart from bathroom which would have benefitted from a refresh. Water emerged from floor tiles when running shower! Staff are friendly and pool area is excellent. Plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel has a very serious cleanliness problem. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels all looked as if they had been used before us and not replaced. On the second morning of our three-day reservation, we checked out and moved to another hotel. I definitely do not recommend it. I will also no longer make reservations through Hotels.com — I couldn’t resolve anything through their bot accounts. It was a complete disappointment and a total regret

My husband and I stayed for a week. The room was not in the best shape. It smelled like sewage. Some staff were friendly like the girls in the spa but others were not. They never told us that they had a private beach area down the street, we found out on our last night which makes me upset. The food was ok. Not a great variety.

I will never stay in this property agin never recommended . Mattress it’s dirty with pics on it all the lights bulbs it’s out in the room no Ac in the restaurant food very bad my wife got sick from it . pool it’s dirty water it’s cloudy yellowish smell strong paint all aver the place definitely 1 stars motel no one enjoys the stay in this property . I did not mention the broking glasses in the restaurant make sure you check them befor you drink any thing

Hôtel confortable, mais des points à revoir

L’hôtel est propre, la chambre très spacieuse, et le personnel dans l’ensemble sympathique. Le service « tout compris » est pratique avec les trois repas inclus, et la possibilité de louer une serviette pour la piscine est un petit plus. En revanche, la limitation à une seule bouteille d’eau pour deux personnes à chaque repas est un peu surprenante pour une formule tout inclus. Les repas étaient bons. Un autre point négatif : l’agence a contacté plusieurs fois l’hôtel (par mail et par téléphone) pour faire une demande concernant ma réservation, sans jamais obtenir de réponse. La réception m’a affirmé ne rien avoir reçu, avant de fournir une autre adresse mail, mais hotels.com n’a jamais eu de retour. Cela me paraît peu professionnel de la part de la réception. Enfin, la plage privée n’est pas directement accessible depuis l’hôtel — il faut sortir et marcher environ 10 à 15 minutes. Une fois sur place, l’eau est malheureusement très sale. Je me suis retrouvé couvert d’épines après seulement quelques minutes de baignade, au point qu’il est presque nécessaire de jeter son maillot de bain, même après l'avoir tapoté et après 3 lavages. De nombreux marchands à la sauvette rendent aussi l’ambiance moins paisible. En résumé : un hôtel confortable à l’intérieur, mais plusieurs éléments extérieurs laissent à désirer.

Faire très attention dans l’hôtel. L’équipe de la sécurité qui est censé vous protéger n’hésite pas à vous agresser s’il considère que vous ne respecter pas les règles notamment Hamdi Fezzani (chef sécurité) et khouloud boumezza (sécurité). Ne pas y aller si vous voulez passer un bon séjour.

Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen, es müsste renoviert werden. Das Speisenangebot ist gut, von allem was dabei. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Ob das Zimmermädchen oder Barkeeper und andere....einfach nur mega .Das findet man nicht immer so.Schon alleine deswegen ist ein Wiederholungsurlaub in diesem Hotel angesagt.

Plaisir et repos pour un petit budget

Mon séjour a été tres agréable ,un accueil chaleureux, une équipe à féliciter pour sa disponibilité et sa courtoisie . Le restaurant propose différents plats traditionnels ainsi qu’une cuisine européenne variée de tres bonne qualité. Les chambres et l’ensemble de l’hôtel sont d’une propreté irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec un grand plaisir
