「Relaxing stay in a beautiful room. Great part of town away from the tourist crowds. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly!」

「The experience here was totally lackluster for what we paid. The rooms were nice and new however it was small, there was no room phone to call the front desk, zero service clean provided during our stay even when we requested it, and getting towels took an eternity. The sink had guck inside the sink hole it seems it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were given garbage bags instead of laundry bags, forced to eat off tiny plates when requested, and met with attitude from staff just for asking...

「Had to ask twice to have shower looked at for standing water. Shower was fixed after second request. Staff friendly.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」
