À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.」

「The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. 」

「We were disappointed with check in. We arrived around noon and all the staff would tell us is our room is not ready til 3pm. Which was fine but they would not tell us the check in process and were quite rude. Grabbed our luggage and more of or less told us to get lost. Very surprising! I think they make more money by not releasing rooms even if they are ready til 3pm because guests hang around and spend money in the restaurant. Overall the area is nice where this hotel is located however I...

「Beautiful historic mansion. We walked thru nearby parks to the riverfront for lunch. The outdoor restaurant at Orange Grove was very pleasant for an evening dinner and happy hour. The admiral lounge is very comfortable while waiting for pickup to go to the airport or cruise ships.」
