"Room was clean but had a few broken tiles and the carpet was stained some. Otherwise it was a nice room. The bathroom had the broken tiles and a bad looking shower door. The hotel itself is clean and the food ranged from great (mid-week dinner) to average (some breakfast fare). However, overall it was decent food. The breakfast line is a rather difficult place to manage (layout could use some improvement). The seating in the dining area needs an upgrade. Regular height tables with bench seats that are soft and short put only the tallest of us at a good height to access our plates. At 5’8” I felt like a kindergartener trying to eat in those seats. The pool was warm, and the hot tub nice but almost always crowded. Parking spaces are quite small with concrete curbs so watch out for gouging your rims. Still, overall, the rooms are large and quiet enough (if they have no passage door to the next room). Ours did and the people were pretty loud there, thankfully not too often though. The hotel is a good value but at least my room could use a little TLC."

"This is the best stay in the area, clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was attentive, professional and friendly. I missed the breakfast, but noted the breakfast area was clean & inviting. The fact that Outback Steakhouse was adjacent was a plus. It was a pleasant stay and I will definitely stay again."

"We checked in around 6,:30 pm. With front desk. At 12:22 am our door opened up, good thing we had the safey thing on. I yelled what do you think your doing? A few minutes later ,the front desk clerk was pounding on our door wanting to know who was in there. Ray and i were both w very upset at this point. We told them the Warners. She started apologizing, and they left. The next morning i went to tje front desk to find out what was happening in the middle of the night. We were told it was never placed in the computer we checked in. There was a gentleman that needed to change rooms.so they gave him our room. We paid for it online, how can they give our room away.I told her she was lucky, my husband carries . It was very unprofessional , The hotel was great other than that."

"Didn’t even see the breakfast or the pool. Sliding glass door was fogged up from seal failure and off track. Entry door has a gap so big you could see outside. A/c wouldn’t regulate a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing cold or blazing hot."
