「Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time.」

「Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip.」

「The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

「We had an incredible stay in a beautiful location. Lovely see views from the balcony (perfect for morning yoga). The upside down living made the most of the views. The two rooms, one with a double and one with 2 single bunks were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. Everything was clean and homely. We loved taking the footpath near the front of site from the main road, down to Port Garverne at the for see dips and dinner at Pilchards where the flavours were delicious, and also...

「Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again.」

「Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough! 」

「An excellent centrally located cottage. Full of character. Details clearly outlined for check in/key arrangements. Parking space within a 5 minute walk. Handily located for local pubs, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the harbour and access for a swim in the sea. Space is tight, but this adds to the character. People weren't as tall when this place was built! Full kitchen facilities available and a washing machine. Great shower and two toilets. Fireplace oozes...
