The staff service was great. Felt safe with security at all times. The bad about the hotel was the club being open from 9pm to 7am very loud and disturbing. Security from club was rude. The bar at hotel opened late and closed early. The restaurant is not available if you dont pre pay for food. No wifi in rooms only in lobby. Pool closed by 8pm. No restaurants near by, need to walk 15 - 30 min to find a small store.

hôtel accueillant, au milieu du golf El Kantaoui.

Hôtel calme dans la journée mais brouillant à partir du minuit cause du Discothèque ouverte jusqu’à 4h du matin et le samedi 6 heures.donc pour être bien demandé une chambre loin du Fouckets Club.

Bra hotell för golfspelare.

Kom sent på natten - tidigt på morgonen. Det fanns inget ordinarie rum tillgängligt utan vi fick ett reservrum att sova i. Ett ordinarie rum fick vi först kl 12 nästa dag. Det riktiga rummet var nyrenoverat och riktigt bra. En skylt fanns med texten Bank. Men det fanna ingen bank.Växling av pengar gjordes av receptionen, men bara från Euro till Dinarer. Vi hänvisades till bank i hamnen 2 km bort. Maten var bra. Inte kulinarisk, men lagom stor buffe som var vällagad och smakrik. Frukosten hade det mesta, men yogerten kom inte fram förrän sista morgonen. Trädgården var lite dåligt underhållen men man gjorde vissa försök att städa upp rabatterna. Polområder var helt OK. Övriga gäster var så gott som osynliga. Något sällskapsliv i foajen var det inte. Vi spelade golf det mesta av veckan vi var där. Läget på hotellet i förhållande till golfbanan är perfekt. Det tog 6 min att gå till klubbhuset.

Ensivaikutelma oli jo niin surkea, että olisi tehnyt mieli lähteä heti toiseen hotelliin. Respassa oltiin todella välinpitämättömiä, eikä varausta meinannut löytyä ollenkaan. Tv piti saada pyydettäessä, mutta vaikka pyysimme, emme sitä koskaan saaneet. Wc-paperia ja pyyhkeitä piti käydä välillä kyselemässä respassa, niitä kun ei välillä ollut ollenkaan. Pyykeitä oli ehkä kerran se täydet neljä (kaksi isoa ja kaksi käsipyyhettä), muuten hyvällä tuurilla kaksi. Aamiainen oli ok kun meni ajoissa sinne, muuten ruuat todella huonoja (jopa henkilökunta oli sitä mieltä). Allas hyvä ja ohjelmasta altaalla plussaa! Henkilökunta oli sitä ensimmäistä lukuunottamatta todella ystävällistä (aina kun heitä oli paikalla). Useampaan otteeseen piti henkilökuntaa kyllä metsästää. Ihan ok hotelli jos haluaa vähän syrjäisempään sijaintiin ja todellakin vaan käy nukkumassa. Hotellin ranta on kauempana, mutta hyvässä kunnossa.
