安德拉特斯港Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either Overall the location is great and...

「The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.」

「The rooms were clean and well presented with clean towels and beds linen every day. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them」

「This property has little presence and while it claims to be 4-star, is at best a 3-star. Our room was tired and while a Jr. Suite the furniture in the Living Area was ancient and of poor quality. The day-time staff people are great. Some of the issues revolve around poor WiFi, an HVAC control system only in German, a locked safe, and poor pillows. Breakfast is ok, though we bought our coffee elsewhere as the machine did not produce coffee to our groups liking.」
