「Not much around here for food at 9 pm. Staff clerk tried to help but sent me to a place that was closed. Good location 」

「The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again.」

「We arrived at the sleep in, tired and grumpy after a hard day of travel. We had not intended to stay at the Sleep Inn, but on arriving in town, we discovered our initial rental was uninhabitable and needed a plan B! The moment we walked in the the Sleep Inn and Suites we were greeted, welcomed, given a fabulous room, offered free cold drinks and made to feel right at home. Our stay could not have been better! 「This is a great place on Lake Erie. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and accommodating -- she was there when we needed her but not intrusive. The room was recently remodeled, everything in perfect order and thoughtfully designed and laid out. Generous treats and coffee, even treats for the pups. Will definitely stay here again!」
