"Not a very good stay for us. Beautiful hotel, and nice location. Several of the spa amenities were out of order (hot tub was cold, sauna wasn’t working, other things closed). Staff needs SERIOUS training in hospitality. Front desk staff was cold, and even rolled their eyes when we shared a problem ..."
