「Wasn't bad for location and cost but expected a little cleaner at least for our room. There was a rag on the right side of the bed and a couple long black hairs in the bed.」

「This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!」

「We have some mixed feelings. In our initial room, the sofa bed mechanism was broken and the mattress did not lay flat. Staff was very responsive; moved us to another large room with a rollaway bed and that worked out fine. Our second night, the fire alarm went off at about 11:00 PM and we were outside the building until 1:30. 「Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!」

「You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.」
