「We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. This was not helpful. The property is beautiful but everything was rather expensive. I was expecting more for the amount that we paid. I would...

「Property and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. One small issue is that all the pillows were the same, way to big, neckaches for a back sleeper.」

「The smell in room 8 is not, "musty." It's old carpet soaked in cat urine. It was too late to ask for another room or try and find another hotel. The smell is HORRENDOUS. It is not nostalgic. And the owners know based on previous reviews and don't care.」
