"Beautiful location in the historic district right across from a square. Wine, cheese, and live piano music in the formal lobby from 4:30-6:30. Also warm baked cookies later. Friendly staff. Valet parking. Only a few blocks from the Savannah River. "

"Here’s a clean, polished review you can post: We were driving down to Florida but realized we would arrive way too early since our Airbnb check in wasn’t until 3 PM the next day. Instead of driving through the night and getting there at 3 or 5 in the morning with nowhere to go, we decided to stop and make our first overnight stop in Savannah. We are so glad we did. Savannah is a beautiful city and the area around the hotel was great. The hotel itself was also beautiful and very well maintained. Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and polite which made the stay even better. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, which we definitely appreciated after a long drive. One thing we really liked was the parking. Having covered parking made us feel a lot more secure leaving our car there overnight. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the Savannah area. Highly recommend."

"My experience wasn’t good at all. The sheets on the bed were disgusting. The furniture was also dated and dirty. The room had a smell. I wasn’t in the room 20 minutes before I decided this hotel was not for me. I checked out and went to another location."

"Fire alarm went off late at night causing hotel to evacuate. I understand that safety is the number one concern, however not a single employee extended an apology for the inconvenience. Being that i was in the shower I had to scramble to put something on and go stand in the cold while being wet. "
