「Kind and friendly owner/host. Lovely old house with original artworks, minutes from the quay.」

「The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when were stranded due to the storm and needed to extend our stay. The hotel was clean and facilities were perfect for our stay- thank you!」

「The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.」

「Satisfactory 」

「Met at the hotel to celebrate a friend’s ’significant’ birthday. From the moment we arrived at reception to the minute we checked out, the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant was very busy but our party was looked after with cheerful efficiency and the quality of both food and wine was of a high standard. Our room was comfortable, stylish and well-equipped and the whole experience offered excellent value for money.」

「OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.」

「Good price including breakfast.」

「The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.」

「櫃檯人員態度不佳、没服務熱誠、對話都不耐煩、酒店施工已經給房客帶來不方便、入門因施工地面不平、此飯店員工冷眼旁觀、我可是住了5天的客人、」

「Top place and wonderful staff.」

「Staff were just spot on. A warm welcome & so so helpful. Even when we had a teeny issue with our meal, they apologised, sorted & kept ensuring the rest of our meals / stay were as we would expect. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced.」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Iron, ironing...

「Nice basic place to stay good food and a nice breakfast , there were having a wedding but no issue」

「工作人員很友善」
