Laguna Hotel
The room we stayed in was very dirty, hairs all over the bathroom sink and marks on the walls. Found a false nail on the window sill. The furnishings were worn and damaged. We ended up moving rooms because it was so dirty. The property is very dated and you could hear everything in the rooms above ...

The Norfolk Royale Hotel
It was very noisy until past 10pm with activities and when arriving with our nurse old, it wasn't hugely ideal. What was good was the dark room, bath, bath mat and fridge.
