「We had tickets to see Super Furry Animals in Cardiff and decided staying outside of the city was better value - a lovely room, free parking and a delicious breakfast. It was only a 15 minute drive into Cardiff. Our only issue was that we were awoken at 6am on Sunday morning by the people staying next door - I think they must have had an early flight and were heading to the airport - I can't think why else you would be awake so early on a Sunday!」

「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay」

「Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here.」
