「My teenage son and I had a great stay at Smart Hotel Palermo! The location is excellent. The staff is exceedingly nice and let us use the pool and spa after we checked out because it wasn’t possible to extend checkout through the afternoon. We had a relaxing and fun last afternoon in BA. The breakfast was great, including the coffee. We shared a room with two double beds—it was snug but met our needs. The WiFi was good. We would stay here again! 」

「it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.」

「Our check-in was great. Adrien was very welcoming and friendly. So was our server at the restaurant the following day. The rest of the staff were helpful but I felt less welcoming.
