No one picks up the reception phone, the only way to get in touch with the hotel is messaging them through WhatsApp. Clean room, and comfy bed. However, breakfast should start earlier given the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the form of sachets seems very cheap for a 4-star hotel, no moisturiser cream provided either.

The hotel was at the end of a pothole-filled dirt road- a bit scary not understanding that this is the only access to the property in the middle of nowhere! Pros: The two stars are acknowledging that the room was clean and the bed was decent. Front desk staff was kind in the face of my reaction! Cons: Location Only way to get to the airport is using their expensive shuttle contract- 2x the price of Uber There was no hot water. Air conditioner did not work properly after having to move from another room where the AC was non-functional. Conclusion: The hotel staff seemed to have gotten accustomed to guests going into initial shock, and were accommodating, but this is not the hotel you want to stay at if you are thinking to get to and from easily. I love the Howard Johnson’s brand from when I was a kid, so I feel sad to give them a poor rating but need to be honest.

Nice quick stay on way to EZE

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has an amazing restaurant. It is close to EZE and the front desk set up my taxi transport with ease. They are doing reconstruction on the road/driveway so it seems a little creepy at first but no worries, I'm sure this is temporary. However, there is no shopping or food nearby so eat before you come or enjoy their bar/restaurant.

Easy parking. Not walkable location. Not allowed food delivery from outside. Lovely outside area but mosquitoes are a huge issue for me, so you need definitely insects repelent. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel's rooms are still in process to improve. It is a rural location.

Beautiful, country setting. Surprisingly good restaurant. During our stay, the indoor pool and the jacuzzi were under maintenance, and this was not disclosed when we made the reservation. That was an unpleasant surprise. Still, the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

First of all Google maps could’t seem to find the proper location - Probably because it was at the end of a long winding dirt road full of ruts and bumps (almost undriveable) But you only found it if you followed the amateurly painted signs to get to that point. The food in the restaurant was delicious but they seemed reluctant to open the dining at the posted times. The rooms were clean but dated and with only one usable electric plug and chipped bathroom fixtures. The hairdryer and refrigerator were MIA. They have a beautiful big pool and spa and a children’s play area and pool with well maintained gardens and lawns surrounding them. The staff at the front desk and spa were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the hotel is NOT near the EZE airport but a 30 minute drive away. Fortunately the shuttle is only $20 US . Overall a fairly decent accommodation but decidedly not as described on the site.

Nice hotel - the surroundings are not quite done

The hotel is fine. The access road is not paved with asphalt as of August 2025. It is located within what appears to maybe one day be a very nice suburb, but currently is quite desolate. The birds in the area are interesting. If you have noisy neighbors- you will hear them.

Read the reviews before staying here! This is nowhere near the airport! Not great for those who have to layover for a night! Staff were the saving grace. Super nice and helpful. The property is in the middle of nowhere down a dirt road with nothing else near it. My uber driver was confused. They do have a shuttle for 20 usd. The rooms were outdated with a cracked sink. Water pressure was good in the shower though. Outside was nice and a pretty sunset.

The advertisement is deceptive, though the Hotel is in the City of Ezeiza, it is a long way from the Ezeiza Airport ($30.00 remis ride). There is absolutely nothing in the area, meaning guests are forced to eat at the Hotel. The road leading to the hotel is a dirt road full of pot holes. The 100% cancellation policy ensures that guests remain at the facility after arrival. This might be an event hotel, but it is NOT a place for a one night international travelers stopover.

Arrived after dark. Uber driver turned onto a scary dirt road and i thought it was the end for me, but apparently this nice hotel is down that road. Then to get into the property, an armed guard interrogated us, demanded our passports, and spoke no english. The hotel itself was nice
