"Every thing. No manager on duty when we arrived. He was at the beach. Waited 90 minutes to get a room. No hot water in the shower. Power went out the first night. Water went out the 2nd night. Total apathy on the part of management. No breakfast in the morning. No extra blanket. Air conditioning ..."
